The Edge's Delay Settings > Discotheque (121 bpm)

Intro / main riff - play with lots of overdrive (Tube Screamer pedal? - that's what I used in the clips below) and a loud 370ms (3/16) delay:

There is 1 delay. This is the most likely signal path:

   Guitar -> 
       -> 370ms (1 repeat)  ==  3/16 @ 121 bpm
              with modulation, 100% of the inital signal -> amp
