In the sample you hear Edge hit the E chord at the end of the first chorus and then the two delay repeats of it.
The delay is 360ms (= 3/16 @ 125 bpm) with 2-3 repeats and heavy modulation.
This is typical Edge delay setting (3/16 is his usual delay time). (The modulation effect is especially noticeable in
the outro solo. Without the modulation, the 1/16th note solo section wouldn't sound as big and warm.)
